Ok, so having been stuck on 17046 and none of the Insider builds since installing for me for me. I've tried various "solutions". Over the weekend I reluctantly gave 17123 a try and low and behold it worked with out any errors. (36GB free space). Once completed an update to 17133 1803 Redstone 4 Final installed straight after. Hopefully this may offer some hope to any Insiders who haven't given up and just clean installed.
All Windows 10 users running Windows 10 Creators Update (v.1703) or newer can link Spotify to Cortana. The feature was previously available to Windows Insiders on Windows 10 Redstone 4 Preview Build 17063 and Harman Kardon Invoke users only. The best part is, the integration with Cortana works with both free and premium subscription Spotify account.

insider build 17063 linx 10 tablet touchscreen works fine when in landscape mode, however when in portrait mode it seems like the touchscreen has moved down (when i press on the bottom of the screen a touch at the top occurs)
And on onother laptop, asus ux410uak, after upgrade to this build, can not boot into windows. Stuck at Asus Logo. After turn off more than 2 times, it restore to previous build :)Many bug in this build
The latest build gave me a BSOD after logging in. I rolled back to the public release, fixed it. I decided to stop getting preview builds. The only issue i have with the builds other than this BSOD was had to redo my google backup and sync. No major issues till this. Staying with the free upgrade but back to Linux.
